Unless you're a celebrity, socialite, singer or you've just got a lot of balls and are begging for attention, I don't think you can get away with wearing this dress. But wouldn't it be fun to spin around in? Look at that beaded fringing and those sparkly sequins! I'm not a member of the cast of
Gossip Girl nor am I one of the show's characters who have charity events to attend each and every night. As much as I'd like to have this blingtastic dress hanging in my closet, I don't really have a need for something so flash and fancy. Blake Lively probably does though. Damn that Blake Lively.
